Sound Healing in the Salt Cave 4pm

Settle into deep relaxation in the therapeutic Salt Cave at Cattleya Trianae Spa, while receiving the benefits of a Sound Healing.
You will receive five treatments in one!
- Sound frequencies and vibrations,
- Balance(Grounding and Centering),
- Dry Salt Therapy
- Guided breath meditation
- Chromotherapy(color therapy)
Renew, allow yourself to drift into a meditative state and thank your being in this safe and very powerful ancient healing practice.
No experience necessary, simply come prepared to surrender to the freedom of body, mind and spirit.
We will be lounging in anti-gravity chairs. Please bring a blanket and any other items for your comfort and warmth, such as a pillow and cozy socks. Keep in mind, as you relax, the body temperature cools.

Our event will be held at the popular vegetarian restaurant Green Fusion in Ridgewood. Surrounded by lush plants, the atmosphere is the perfect setting for a serene vibes and nourishment!
We begin with a Sound Healing using singing bowls and a variety of instruments to create the ultimate relaxation. Sound Bath~ Michele from Freedom Healing Arts.
Next, Parul from Sunroom Plants continues our enjoyment with a mini plant discussion and Q&A. You will be gifted with a live plant and enjoy a special discount on any plant purchase made that day.
Our nourishing finale~ a delicious meal prepared by Green Fusion chefs and intimate chat with friends.
