Drum Circle

FUN for all ages and skill levels, a drum circle is a collaborative and inclusive musical experience.
One goal of a drum circle is to create a sense of community and connection through shared musical expression.
The rhythmic beat of the drums creates a collective pulse that can unify the group and foster a spiritual experience.
We will have a variety of drums and small percussion instruments such as shakers, rattles, tambourines and other instruments for your use.
If you own a drum and/or small percussion instrument please bring it with you.

Sound Bath @Radiant Reflections

Join me for a Sound Healing experience! I will be using various instruments such as gongs, both Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, rattles, drums, chimes, bells and other soothing and grounding sound tools.
As you sink into a Sound Bath and allow the frequencies and vibrations to wash over you, allowing your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed, dreamlike state.
The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and go within. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
