Dropping Drips & Yoga

Art , Yoga and Sound.
Super fun for all ages!
To begin, we ground with basic Yoga stretches, breathwork & sound. (approx 40/45 min)
Then we begin to paint! Dropping Drips fluid art pour experience (led by Mike Murphy)
Dropping drips is an interactive fluid art workshop. We will all make our own beautiful unique piece of art by pouring acrylic paint and pouring medium mix onto a canvas. We will learn different techniques and follow our intuition to create something wonderful!
As a finale, together as a group, we will all co-create on a giant canvas.

Join Michele (Freedom Healing Arts) in an all levels yoga class and fundraiser for Husky House. Adorable rescue puppies and dogs will be roaming freely through our class! Snuggles, doggie kisses and fun to be expected.
Bring your mat and Husky House will bring the sweet, lovable adoptable puppies & dogs.
75% of ticket sales will be donated to Husky House rescue.
