Drum Circle

FUN for all ages and skill levels, a drum circle is a collaborative and inclusive musical experience.
One goal of a drum circle is to create a sense of community and connection through shared musical expression.
The rhythmic beat of the drums creates a collective pulse that can unify the group and foster a spiritual experience.
We will have a variety of drums and small percussion instruments such as shakers, rattles, tambourines and other instruments for your use.
If you own a drum and/or small percussion instrument please bring it with you.

Sound Healing @Radiant Reflections

Treat yourself to a Sound Healing experience! Various instruments such as gongs, both Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, rattles, drums, chimes, bells and other soothing and grounding sound tools will bathe you in blissful sound.
As you sink into a Sound Bath and allow the frequencies and vibrations to wash over you, allowing your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed, dreamlike state.
The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and go within. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
