New Year’s Day Drum Circle

Bring in the New Year powerfully! Clear the old, manifest the new! 2026 comin’ in HOT!
Please bring a drum or small percussion instrument if you have one.
We will have drums, rattles, bells, shakers and other instruments to borrow.
All ages and skill levels welcome! No experience needed, just come ready to have fun!

Yoga poses move their bodies in creative ways, develop coordination, strength and flexibility.
Classes are taught in a playful way using music, songs, themes & stories.
Mindfulness activities, breathing & visualization fosters focus, relaxation, promotes self esteem, compassion and love for self and kindness toward others.
