Survivor’s Shala

The word ‘shala’ is often related to a place of refuge, sanctuary, safety, retreat, home.

A safe space to share your trials and your triumphs. 

If you are going through loss of any kind, trauma, addiction, illness, or have overcome and are on the other side of any of those, this group is for you.  

All are welcome. 

At Survivor’s Shala:

• You will be safe to share your challenges and feelings. This is an intimate group of beautiful souls.  What is shared in SS stays in the confines of the group
• You will have an opportunity to share your experience, strength and hope, giving others faith and knowing they are not alone
• You will forge new friendships and support-ships. Vulnerability attracts honesty, and honesty attracts soul connections. 
• We are simply a group of souls living in the human condition. ~ sharing our hearts, experiences, triumphs and challenges.  We are not medical or psychological professionals. 
• Laugh, cry, and support.

This group is free, but sign up is requested to reserve your seat.
