Event Description
Children are natural yogis!
Yoga poses move their bodies in creative ways, develop coordination, strength and flexibility.
Classes are taught in a playful way using music, songs, themes & stories.
Mindfulness activities, breathing & visualization fosters focus, relaxation, promotes self esteem, compassion and love for self and kindness toward others.
