Sound Baths naturally guide your brain into theta and delta states, the same frequencies you experience in deep meditation and sleep.
This is where healing, creativity, and subconscious reprogramming take place.

One goal of a drum circle is to create a sense of community and connection through shared musical expression.
The rhythmic beat of the drums creates a collective pulse that can unify the group and foster a spiritual experience.
We will have a variety of drums and small percussion instruments such as shakers, rattles, tambourines and other instruments for your use.
If you own a drum and/or small percussion instrument please bring it with you.
